No problem! I can handle multiple notarizations in one appointment. Each signature will be notarized individually, and a fee will apply for each notarized signature.

Yes, I regularly travel to hospitals and care facilities throughout North County San Diego.

An apostille is a form of authentication issued by the Secretary of State that verifies a document is legitimate and can be accepted in another country. It confirms that the signature, seal, or stamp on the document is valid.

Apostilles are commonly required when you’re using U.S. documents internationally. This can include things like:

  • Birth and marriage certificates
  • Power of attorney documents
  • Trust and estate planning documents
  • Diplomas and transcripts
  • Business or corporate paperwork

In California, the apostille process typically involves notarizing the document (if required), then submitting it to the California Secretary of State for certification.

If your document is going to a country that is part of the Hague Apostille Convention, an apostille is all that’s needed. If not, additional authentication steps may be required.

As a mobile notary and apostille facilitator in North County San Diego, I help guide you through the process, handle the submission, and keep you updated every step of the way so you don’t have to navigate it alone.
